I never met the Lubavitcher Rebbe when he was alive, though I visited his Ohel a few times in the decade since his passing and have frequented Casbah on the Upper West Side many times FYI: 10% off if you shout out "[I] want Moshiach now!”

The Rebbe’s impact on contemporary Jewry is worthy of further study and as was reported last year, the "Reaching for the Infinite" conference to be held at NYU in Fall 2005, will contain sessions on the Rebbe’s impact on present-day American Jewish life.
