Service slated to pray for Israel

Lubavitch Chabad of Northbrook is hosting a gathering of prayer and solidarity with the Israeli people at 6:30 tonight at 755 Huehl Road. Service will include prayers for peace and justice for those in Israel who are facing terror attacks.

The program will include an update on the situation in Israel by Andy David, Deputy Consul General of Israel to the Midwest, and remarks by Rabbi Daniel Moscowitz regional director of Lubavitch Chabad of Illinois and Vice President of the Chicago Rabbinical Council. Information on charity opportunities for the needy in this time of crisis will be available.

Lubavitch Chabad is a nonprofit organization that runs the largest network of outreach, educational and social service programs under Jewish auspices worldwide.
