who is who in Lubavitch

who is who in Lubavitch:
Heads of State
Chabad Lubavitch in the world is run by heads of state, where in each state and country a Shliach was appointed by the Rebbe or recognized by Merkos the umbrella organization for the Chabad Lubavitch movement.
